Renovation of a municipal facility in Plummer, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Informal bids will be received to install two (2) new 60,000 BTU gas fired unit heaters and four (4) new 125,000 gas fired unit heater, also replace intake and exhaust venting. Bid Bonds are not required. Performance bonds are required for all contracts with an estimated value of $50,000 or more. Payment bonds are required for all projects where subcontractors are utilized.
