Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all of the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace 800 LF of Landscaping, 400 LF of type "P" surface restoration, 280 SY of concrete sidewalk, install 320 water meter boxes with meters, 6 gate valves (4"), repair sprinkler system, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. There are 2 additive alternate bids with the project. Additive Alternate No. 1, if awarded, would add the removal and replacement of 70 LF of Landscaping, 30 LF of type "P" surface restoration, 40 SY of concrete sidewalk, install 30 water meter boxes with meters, repair sprinkler system, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Additive Alternate No. 2, if awarded, would add the removal and replacement of 10 LF of Landscaping, 45 LF of type "P" surface restoration, 60 SY of concrete sidewalk, install 30 water meter boxes with meters, 2 gate valves (4"), repair sprinkler system, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents.
