Renovation of an educational facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 31,650-square-foot educational facility.
Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids. Roof Replacement, EIWC Building, College of Eastern, Idaho Falls, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal of the existing 31,650 square foot ballasted EPDM roof membrane down to existing roof insulation. Wet or damaged roof insulation to be removed and replaced. 2" of rigid insulation will be added to the existing 4" of rigid insulation. New 80 mil single ply roofing membrane to be installed including new metal coping, flashings, and terminations. Work also includes an add alternate for the low bay roof areas. Digital documents may be obtained at no cost from the Design Professional Printed document may be purchased for a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per set. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $450,000
