Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The remodel and structural upgrade of an existing 38,000 square foot building. 24,000 square feet will be fully finished out into an office/headquarters building for the Idaho State Police. The other 14,000 square feet will be constructed as a warm grey shell. This project will also include a 3,600 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $10,600,000 Question Deadline 02/28/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-10-2025.
