Valves, actuators, and appurtenances furnished by the Manufacturer/Supplier will be installed by the District for replacing an existing 108-inch Fixed Cone Valve (FCV) and a 12-inch FCV. The scope of these Bid Documents is for design, fabrication, manufacture, testing, handling/shipping, and field certification of proper installation for said FCV's and actuation systems only. Questions Due Date: Feb 7th 2025, 4:00 PM PST. Answers released via Addendum 2/14/2025 4:00 PM. Questions Due Date: Feb 21st 2025, 4:00 PM PST Award of Contract The contract will be awarded as soon as practicable to the lowest responsible Bidder, price and other factors considered, provided the bid is reasonable and it is to the interest of MID to accept it. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all proposals.
