Closing Time: 3:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/07 03:00:00 PM AST Work of this Contract comprises of lift station upgrades to the Illusuak Cultural Centre located in Nain, NL. This includes any maintenance required to start construction inside the lift station, civil and structural works, repairs and replacing sections of the decking, mechanical and electrical work, and the supply and installation of a camera system with a three (3) year maintenance contract for the security system; all as indicated in the drawings and specifications. The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this tender. Bids will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Nunatsiavut Procurement Act.
