Closing Time: 4:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/05 04:00:00 PM AST The Nain Inuit Community Government (NICG) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced professionals (the Proponent) to provide detailed design and construction support for the next phase of sanitary upgrades in Nain, Nunatsiavut (the Project). The upgrades are to address sections of the sanitary network that are known to be damaged or undersized based on current and future projected demand. The Consultant will be required to complete the scope, tasks and deliverables outlined in the project phases below. The Consultant will report to the NICG Project Manager (Project Manager) who will coordinate communication with relevant stakeholders. 1. Project Initiation The Consultant will schedule and attend a virtual kick-off meeting with the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders. The intent of the meeting will be to align on scope, budget, and schedule. Consultant Deliverable: Attendance at kick-off meeting and preparation and distribution of meeting minutes. 2. Data Review & Site Evaluation The Consultant will complete a desktop review of existing available information, which will be provided upon award. Upon completion of the review of background documentation, the Consultant shall visit Nain to familiarize themselves with the existing infrastructure and proposed Phase 3 & 4 upgrades, and to collect topographical survey. Costs for survey shall be borne by the Consultant. Coordination and scheduling of the site visit shall be through the Project Manager.
