Closing Time: 4:30 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/24 04:00:00 PM ADT Project Overview Ng is Seeking a Qualified Consultant ("the Proponent") to Provide Project Management, Coordination, Architectural, Engineering, and Inspection Services for the 2024 Home Repair Program Within the Five Inuit Communities of Nain, Hopedale, Postville, Makkovik, and Rigolet. The Program Comprises Repairs to 75 Homes (the "Program"). Repairs Include Carpentry (Interior and Exterior), Groundwork (Civil), Wett (Wood Stoves), Plumbing, and Mechanical. An Exhaustive List of Repairs Required Can Be Found in Appendix a. Project Description The Ng Intends to Complete the Program to Provide General Home Repairs to 75 Labrador Inuit Households in the 5 Inuit Communities of Nunatsiavut. Assessments Have Been Completed by Ng and the Proposed Scope of Work for Each Residence Has Been Established. Refer to Appendix a for an Exhaustive List of the Repairs Required to Be Completed to Each Home (Addresses and Photos Will Be Provided to the Successful Proponent). It is Noted That Some of the Repairs Have a Priority Over Others - These Have Been Identified in Appendix a With Suffix "Emerg".
