The Town of Rothesay ("Rothesay") is seeking quotes from qualified individuals/ firms for Contract R-2025-001A: Upper Arthur Miller Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Work to provide for the supply and installation of a replacement synthetic turf sports field at Arthur Miller Fields, to accommodate multiple sports, on an existing granular base. The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 15th, 2025. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
