Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Design plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Phased construction of the Rothesay Intergenerational Community Complex (RICC). Phase One includes: construction of a new arena with an elevated accessible walking track. Phase Two includes: renovation to the existing arena to transform it into a multi-use community facility, and the construction of a climate-controlled connecting link with shared public spaces. TIMELINE: Project is in design; square footage is not yet available. Over 86% of total project funding has been raised. Tender and construction are tentative for 2027. Further update early 2027.
