** Amendment 2 posted on website The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2026-003: Frances Avenue Culvert which consists generally of the replacement of a concrete cross culvert, in stream work, and reinstatement items. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
