Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2025-001A: Asphalt Resurfacing 2025 which consists generally of the supply and placement of base gravels, base asphalt, seal asphalt, watermain, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk and associated items. The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 31st, 2025. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
