Reference Number NB-T-2026-004 The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2026-004: Hillsview Crescent Water & Sewer Renewal which consists generally of the renewal of underground water and sanitary sewer infrastructure and supply and placement new base and seal asphalt, and reinstatement items. Installation of temporary water services, replacement of watermain and sanitary sewer, service laterals, valves, hydrants, manholes, trenching, asphalt removal and resurfacing, driveway and landscaping reinstatement, traffic control and environmental protection Bidders shall submit a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total tender price including HST in the form of Bid Bond, Certified Cheque or Cash. Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.
