The intent of this RFP is to bid the services of roof maintenance. Over the past several years we have set-up a three-year rotation cycle so that at the end all roofs have been cleaned and minor repairs completed. Thus, reducing the calls for emergencies and leaks. During the contract period, which is one-year, the successful firm will be our on-call service provider for all leak service calls. The Contract shall cover the period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, or an equivalent period depending upon date of Contract award. Indicate firm name, which is County of Davidson. The RFP number, which is above, on the front of each sealed proposal envelope or package, along with the date for receipt of proposals specified above. Plan & Spec Available: The following annual services are to be provided for roofs on the following buildings: 1. Annual Roof Top Housekeeping 2. Annual Roof Preventive Maintenance 3. Before and after pictures of progress, required General Requirements: 1. Comply with quality control, references, specification and manufacturer’s data. Products containing asbestos are prohibited on this project. Use only asbestos free products. 2. Use products with personal protection. User must read container label and material safety data sheets prior to use.
