2025 Grant Elementary Gymnasium Exterior Wall The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) invites qualified Roofing Contractors or General Contractors to bid on a spring of 2025 exterior wall metal cladding installation at Grant Elementary School. Project scope of work includes, but is not limited to the installation of new metal wall panels over existing masonry walls, wood blocking, metal coping and painting. The project is a Turn-Key installation project, which includes all of the necessary permits, fees, materials and approvals included in the contractors bid. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred.
