Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA) is requesting proposals for RFP #2025-13 for Master Developer for the Gibbsboro Redevelopment/Restaurant Project (Borough of Gibbsboro, New Jersey) for the Camden County Improvement Authority. In particular, the Borough of Gibbsboro and the CCIA are seeking to appoint a master developer to establish and execute a coordinated development plan that transforms the Silver Lake District into a successful restaurant district. Anticipated Award Date May 8, 2025 The Camden County Improvement Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted should it be in the best interest of the Camden County Improvement Authority, and the Board of the Camden County Improvement Authority and further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal.
