Sealed bids for furnishing and delivering the Boroughs requirements for DelPAC 2000 or similar polyaluminum chloride (PAC) coagulant for a twenty-two (22) month period from March 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026. A representative of the Bidder shall visit the wastewater treatment plant, meet with staff, and bench test their proposed PAC coagulant, to the satisfaction and acceptance of staff, prior to submitting a Bid. A Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, drawn to the order of the Borough of Ambler, shall be submitted with the Bid. The Borough of Ambler reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after actual date of the opening thereof.
