Renovation of a fire / police facility in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work generally consists of the replacement and installation of windows at the Wissahickon Fire Company Station at 245 E Race Street, Ambler, PA 19002. Work generally consists ofthe replacement of all existing aluminum framed single-pane windows with new aluminum, insulating-glass storefront and curtainwall systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All work to b e completed in strict accordance with the project manual and drawings. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual and Drawings. All bid documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBid(TM). This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The Borough of Ambler reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
