Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Reference Number 0000286327 Questions are submitted online No The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Rough grading (b) Supply and install culvert and grouted rip rap; (c) Supply and install granular pathway and pad; (d) Supply and install topsoil and sod; (e) Supply and install bench and picnic tables; (f) Secure all permits related to the shade shelter installation; and (g) Supply and install shade shelter. If the Contractor fails to achieve Total Performance in accordance with the Contract by the day fixed herein for Total Performance, the Contractor shall pay the City five hundred dollars ($500) per Working Day for each and every Working Day following the day fixed herein for Total Performance during which such failure continues.
