Reference Number 0000374606 The Work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to reconstruct 0.53 miles of three local roads: Kearney, Willow, and Elk, and upgrade of the utilities. Additionally, the project will include 0.12 miles of roadway removal and installation of Truegrid permeable plastic paving system for fire access along Stone Street. Work includes pavement removal, sidewalk removal, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, grading, aggregate base, curb and gutter, HMA paving, ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk replacement, pavement markings, signs, and restoration as shown on the Drawings or specified in the Project Manual.
