Reference Number 0000375709 The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: the installation of 1,971 lineal feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the north side of Howard Street from the entrance to Sam's Club to 24th Street. Along with an alternate bid for 181 lineal feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the west side of 24th Street north of Howard St and 72 lineal feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the west side of 24th Street south of Howard St. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Howard Street Sidewalk Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Submit questions to Michael Leuffgen, P.E. via email: mleuffgen@dlz.com A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. document notes: Prospective Bidders may obtain electronic PDF copies of the Bidding Documents at no cost to the bidder by contacting the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
