Provide/install clean agent fire suppression system for server room. Small and Minority Business participation is highly encouraged. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $ 55K to $ 75K The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. agrees that from the compensation to be paid, the Agency shall retain as Liquidated Damages the amount of $ 150.00 for each calendar day the actual construction time required to achieve Substantial Completion exceeds the specified or adjusted Contract Time for Substantial Completion, as provided in the Contract Documents. If this box is checked, prior to beginning work, the Contractor shall deliver to the Agency a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond. Each bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum
