As of March 26, 2025, bids received were rejected. Bidders are invited to be present at the opening of bids, but absence will not be considered cause for disqualification. Addenda, if any, will be posted on the Yavapai County Government website along with the Invitation for Bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to download and include any and all addenda acknowledgement(s) with the bid proposal. Acknowledgement of any addenda issued will be required for bids to be valid. Questions or requests for clarification may be submitted via U.S. mail or e-mail to Yavapai County Facilities and Capital Improvements, 1128 Commerce Drive, Prescott, AZ 86305, or CapitalProjects@yavapaiaz.gov. No telephonic questions will be accepted. Each bid proposal shall be submitted by hand, U. S. Postal Service, or other carrier to the Clerk of the Board, Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, 1015 Fair Street, Room 310, Prescott, AZ 86305 no later than 1:30 P.M. Arizona time on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Each bid proposal shall be sealed and plainly marked "FM232405 Cottonwood Annex A-Juvenile Probation Canopy". Yavapai County will not be responsible for bids submitted that are not marked appropriately, submitted after the deadline and/or sent/delivered to the wrong address. Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to cancel any acceptance of bids before a contract is executed, to waive formal deficiencies, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
