DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work included in this project is as follows: Sanitary Sewer, Chemical Root Treatment, 06-08 inch 1,500 Ft Sanitary Sewer, Chemical Root Treatment, 10-12 inch 24,350 Ft Sanitary Sewer, Chemical Root Treatment, 15-21 inch 1,750 Ft together with other related appurtenances and related items of work as well as deliverables. Question Deadline 02/11/2025 at 10:30 AM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % BID SECURITY: A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of St. Clair Shores, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding.
