Site work for a mixed-use development in Frankfort, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Purpose of Proposal The Frankfort Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide removal/disposal, replacement, and restoration of the culvert under Shetland Drive at Sauk Trail. Scope of Services The successful firm will be responsible for providing a proposal that includes the following services: o Removal/disposal of existing culvert and related material o Replace culvert with 30" CMP Storm Sewer (roughly 96') o Replace (2) 30" CMP Flared End Sections W/Grates o Provide CA-7 backfill o Provide all necessary traffic control (road cannot be fully closed as it is the only access to the subdivision) o Replace any removed asphalt and curb (Can be later than completion date with Village approval) o Restore disturbed parkway area with dirt, seed, and erosion blanket o Project to follow all Prevailing Wage requirements o Provide one (1) year warranty on all work o Project award date March 18, 2025 o Project to be completed by April 30, 2025. The Village of Frankfort reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any proposal.
