The street resurfacing and sidewalk ADA projects shall include milling 1.5 inches of existing asphalt , tacking the milled surface , resurfacing the streets with 1.5 inches of surface course asphalt, and replacing the ADA corners with mats that are consistent in color and size of existing ADA corners and mats in the Town of Geneva. Each bid shall be a unified bid for all projects, but with an itemized bid for each project for the purposes of the execution of a contractor 's contract. The winning bid will be determined by the overall unified bid, and not based upon the itemized bids of each project. All bids shall be accompanied with a bond or certified check in the amount of Fifty dollars ($50.00). Contractors must be qualified contractors in accordance with LC. 5-156-13 . The Town of Geneva reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding
