This project is for the procurement, installation, and establishment of landscape plantings including trees, grasses, and bushes within the Kenilworth Corridor of the SWLRT Project. The project limits extend generally from Abbot Avenue South, near the West Lake Street LRT Station concluding near Penn Avenue South near the Bryn Mawr LRT Station and are generally confined by the limits of the public Right of Way and Railroad Right of Way along the SWLRT Project between Cedar Lake and Lake of the Isles. The work also includes survey control, grade establishment, excavation and backfill, soils import, and export related to plant installation, protection of existing pavements and facilities, stormwater management and erosion control, temporary utilities, supplies and controls Direct inquiries to the Metropolitan Council'sContract Administrator, Kimberley Ruedy, at kimberley.ruedy@METC.state.mn.us.
