The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Demolition of 1001 West Broadway for CPED, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. Questions due by: 1/27/2025 Addendum (if any) will be posted by: 1/28/2025 When a bid deposit is required, the bidder must attach a copy of the Bid Bond, certified check or cashier check with their bid submission. If your Bid Deposit is in the form of a certified check or cashier check you must deliver the original check to the Procurement Office (505 Fourth Avenue South, Room 310, Minneapolis, MN 55415) within 3 business days from the Event close date. Bid Deposit required: Yes, in the amount of 2% of the total proposed bid amount, payable to "City of Minneapolis, Finance Department". Payment Bond and Performance Bond required Yes, in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount Small and Underutilized Business Program (SUBP) Goals 4% Combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) & Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Employment Goals 20% Female and 32% Minority Substantial Project Completion: 8/31/2025 The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and clerical errors.
