Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fairfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing the following: pavement rehabilitation throughout the project corridor, widened sidewalks, landscape buffers, bike boxes and curb extensions at twelve intersections, raised concrete medians and traffic signal modifications and/or new traffic signals, new street lighting and fiber optic communication along the project corridor. The project includes but is not limited to all mobilization, traffic control, demolition, excavation, grinding, hot mix asphalt paving, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gutters,ramps, medians, storm water treatment areas, storm drainage facilities, minor modifications to underground utilities, street lighting, fiber optic communications, modifications to existing traffic signals, new traffic signals, rectangular rapid flashing beacon crossing, signage, striping and pavement markings and landscape and irrigation work. The project engineer's estimate is $11,274,000. Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful biddershall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price.
