Site work for an educational facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Install approximately 680 linear feet along Victoria Road of 8-foot tall, 9-gauge, black vinyl-coated chain link fencing including a bottom rail. All fence posts are to be set in concrete. Removal and haul away existing approximate 127 linear feet of 6-foot tall galvanized chain link near the Old Gym, including gate which leads to the Baseball Field. Install approximately 127 linear feet of 8-foot tall, 9-gauge, black vinyl-coated chain link fencing including a bottom rail, and with 3 strands of slick wire on top. Install (1) 3-foot walk gate at sidewalk, black vinyl. Install (1) 16-foot double drive gate at roadway, black vinyl. All posts to be set in concrete. All measurements are approximate. Potential bidders are encouraged to make their own measurements and see the area for themselves. Please see "Site Visit" below for more information.
