Downtown Parks Landscaping 2025 The City of Asheville is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed landscape contractors with deep horticultural knowledge to successfully maintain landscape beds in Pack Square Park and Rankin Ave Garage. Parks to be included in the bid are as follows in the Exhibit A section below. Correct horticultural practices for landscape bed maintenance. Shrub bed/Hardscape weed removal Landscape bed fertilization and pre-emergent weed control Mulching of all beds Leaf removal Proper shrub pruning and perennial care Deadline to Submit Questions Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, 4:00PM All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be submitted via email to: Eric Daggett, Project Manager edaggett@ashevillenc.gov Questions regarding the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy may be directed to City of Asheville, Post Office Box 7148, Asheville, NC 28802-7148 or by phone at (828) 259-8050 or by email abi@ashevillenc.gov.
