The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and Comply With the Insurance Provision as Specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond Will Be Required. Work to Be Performed Generally Includes Earthwork, Excavation, Utility Installation, Water Piping Installation, Pitless Adaptor, Well Piping, Pump and Submersible Motors, Electrical, Variable Frequency Drives, Meter Vault, Concrete Slab, and All Incidental Work Required To Complete the Project as Specified in the Drawings and Specifications. Qualifications of the Bidder Should Include Experience in Well Equipping, Civil Utility Sitework, the Ability to Post Performance and Payment Bonds, and Ability to Deliver the Work in Conformance With The Specifications Within the Contract Time. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities or to Waive Any Technical Defects in the Bidding Process as the Best Interest of The Owner May Be Served. The Owner Also Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Questions Will Be Taken Until Friday October 17th, 2025, and the Last Addendum Will Be Issued Before Close of Business October 20th, 2025.
