Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a 26,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project consists of site improvements and building construction of two single story covered parking and barn storage buildings. Building structure consists of pre-engineered steel buildings. There is to be no active ventilation in the new covered parking building. The new barn building is to be insulated and ventilated but not conditioned. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Reference Number 0000392326 Bid Intent Not Available D49 is looking for a General Contractor to manage the construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings and site improvements at their central office complex at 10850 E. Woodmen Road. The metal buildings have already been purchased and are on site. Additionally, the erection of the PEMBs by the metal building supplier (Bighorn Steel Buildings) has already been purchased by D49 but will need to be managed by the GC. Construction drawings are provided by DLR Group Architects.
