Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All questions shall be directed to the CDOT contacts listed above no later than 7:00 A.M. Monday of the week of bid opening. Region: 2 Counties: El Paso Us 24 - Mp 331.99 to Mp 342.60 in El Paso County Project Work Consists of Resurfacing Us 24 From East of Peyton Through Calhan. An Eastbound Passing Lane is to Be Constructed East of Calhan, Which Will Include Extending Box Culverts and Other Minor Culvert Work. Construction of the Passing Lane Will Also Involve the Regrading of a Portion of the Roadside Ditches. Approximately 300 Feet of Curb and Gutter and Six Gutter Pans in Calhan Are Being Replaced as Needed to Improve Drainage. A Right Turn Lane at Yoder St. Is to Be Widened Approximately 4 Feet to Improve Safety. Signs, Guardrail, and Delineators Will Be Updated Along the Entire Project Corridor. This project is located in Region 2 in El Paso County. Project work consists of US 24 resurfacing and widening from MP 331.99 - 342.60.
