The Woodman Hills Wastewater Storage Facility Project includes the construction of a new storage facility and an access road to the facility. Work will include excavation, grading, construction of foundation, and coordination and setting of a premanufactured metal building. Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated website and are urged to register as a plan holder. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bidders are subject to rejection for non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate bids, and the owner may waive informality, technicality, or irregularity in any bid.
