Site work for a water / sewer project in Peyton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed generally includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to drill, develop, and test pump two Denver aquifer wells located near Falcon, CO in El Paso County. Qualifications of the BIDDERS should include experience in the drilling and construction of a minimum of 20 Denver Basin wells. Additional requirements include the ability to post performance and payment bonds, and the ability to deliver the material and equipment in conformance with specifications within the contract time. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and comply with the insurance provision as specified by the Contract Documents. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the OWNER may be served. The OWNER also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. The last day for submission of questions will be, and the last addendum will be issued by Tuesday April 28th, 2026.
