As of February 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded at the 3/10/25 Board meeting. The work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to patch approximately 6,300 square yards of asphalt roadway in various sizes and locations throughout the Village of Glen Ellyn. In order to receive bid documents, interested bidders must provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility or demonstrate the ability and experience to perform work of the nature and scope of the proposed project. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
