Digital LED Signs for Salt Creek Golf Club/390 Golf Experience This is an invitation to submit sealed bids for the removal and replacement for (2) digital led signs for Salt Creek Golf Club/390 Golf Experience. All work shall be done in accordance with Federal, State and local rules and regulations. The contractor must secure and pay for all permits and licenses for the removal and transport and disposal of waste materials. All bids must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee and a duly executed and notarized Bid Certification under Section 33E-11 of the criminal code of 1961, as amended, on the form provided by the Wood Dale Park District. No Bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days. The Wood Dale Park District Board of Commissioners may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful Bidder against the Wood Dale Park District.
