Renovation of a municipal facility in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 13, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project likely be awarded next Tuesday.** The Work includes excavation of existing site for complete installation of new retaining wall and concrete patio at rear (East side) of existing Mollohan Center building, located at 294 Mollohan Drive, New Martinsville, WV 26155. Tie-in new concrete patio to existing HVAC equipment and generator concrete pads. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 5% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
