**As of February 18, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Asphalt Resurfacing Each bid shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in same, and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of bid price. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implement ion of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bid or Proposal blanks will also be available with said specifications and must be used in the submission of a bid if said bid is to be considered by the Trustees. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Clinton County, Clark Township as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239. The Board of Clark Township Trustees reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
