**As of February 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Fillmore Construction LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,388,892.20.** Reconstruction of approximately 3325 feet of CLI CR 7 (Farmers Rd), improving horizontal and vertical curves as well as widening the pavement and berms and removing fixed objects from the clear zone. Work includes associated striping, RPM, and signing safety improvements. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Prevailing wages rates, as determined by the Federal Dept. of Labor, will apply to this project in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of the award, and through the life of the construction contact. Subcontractors are not subject to the prequalification requirement. The ''prime'' contractor must perform no less than 30 percent of the total original contract price. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
