Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Peters, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of St. Peters is seeking proposals from qualified Consulting Engineering Firms to provide professional engineering services for the design of stabilization improvements and an ADA accessible sidewalk for a section of Mexico Road. Direct All Inquiries to: bids@stpetersmo.net with 25-117 - Mexico Road in subject line before noon local time, February 11, 2025 The City of St. Peters reserves the right to evaluate the responses submitted; waive any irregularities therein; select candidates for the submittal of more detailed or alternate proposals; accept any submittal or portion of submittal; reject any or all firms submitting responses, should it be deemed in the City of Peters best interest; or cancel the entire process and solicit again at a later date. The city will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of proposals and issuance of awards. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
