Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Peters, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 01/29/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Completion of a 3-5 MGD packaged water interconnect pump station, providing supplemental water supply to the City of St. Peters. Work includes sitework, installation of building foundation, installation of a packaged water pump station; and pipeline work to include connection to and extension of approximately 735 LF of City of St. Peters 16 inch water main to the new pump station. All work to be completed on City right-of-way or existing easements. Prevailing Wage Rates will be required for any for any public works project for which either the engineer's estimate or the bid accepted by the public body for the TOTAL Project costs exceeds seventy-five thousand dollars $75,000.00. A bid bond in the amount of 5% (five percent) shall be submitted with each proposal. Payment Bond/Performance Bond will be required for any single award of $50,000.00 or over. The successful bidder shall furnish at his own expense corporate surety bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject all bids.
