Water System On Call Engineering Services Lakewood Water District will review written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms in the Municipal Research & Service Center (MRSC) Roster category for on-call water system engineering design, development plans review, project management and inspection services on a contractual basis and as needs arise. Those selected will be expected to provide evaluations, studies, reports, permitting support, environmental evaluations or studies, engineering planning and design services for capital improvement of pipelines and water facilities from inception through design and construction completion. The management and oversight of water supply projects and Grants writing may also be included in the scope of services provided by the consultant. The selected firms will also communicate and incorporate field operational needs; administer contracts associated with assigned projects; assist with the development of future project budgets, prepare reports for the District's Board, and make oral presentations. REQUIRED INFORMATION: Resumes of consultant staff and similar projects they have completed. List of office locations that may serve the District. A list of State of Washington Municipal Agencies where the Consultant has provided similar services in the last five years. Include projects descriptions, contact names, telephone numbers along with the references. State the availability of the personnel proposed for the services and current project commitments and schedules. A discussion of the consultant's general approach and philosophy for on-call services. EVALUATION AND AWARD: SOQs will be reviewed and ranked by District's selection team as projects are identified throughout the year. It is the intent of the District to select firms from the MSRC Roster that are best qualified to perform the work required and enter into contract negotiations. Multiple firms are anticipated to be selected throughout the year. If more information is required to select a consultant, consultant teams may be invited to submit more detailed SOQs and/or participate in interviews.
