Myers Valley Road Reconditioning CTH G - Haines Lane No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement within five (5) days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than five (5) days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time.
