Plans and specifications are available for the '2026 Rainey Valley Road Reconditioning Project.' Instructions to submit sealed bids via the Quest online bid website are provided. Bids must be accompanied by a fully executed Proposal Agreement, and the awarded bidder must execute the contract agreement within ten days of the Notice of Award, commence work no later than ten days after the Notice to Proceed, and complete all contracted work within the allotted timeframe. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for additional information. Pre-qualification Requirements: All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the type and amount of work included or demonstrate qualifications to perform the work. Bidders not pre-qualified with WisDOT are required to complete and submit Attachment A – Statement of Qualifications for General Construction and Corporate Experience Record with the Bid package. Upon request, bidders must also be ready to submit further documentation such as financial data and evidence of authority to do business in Wisconsin. Bidders must have at least three years of continuous experience in roadway construction.
