Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Cleanup and Removal of Debris City of Arcadia will be accepting sealed bids on the demolition and removal of the basement for the house and concrete floor of garage, remaining sidewalk, driveway, and steps, in addition to the septic system located at 125 N. Oak Street, and bringing the property up to existing grade. Contractor must contact Ray Suchla at the Water Utility (608-323-3452) prior to capping the water lateral at the basement Compliance includes putting up a snow fence or other barrier around the property until grading is finished. The successful bidder will be required to remove the basements, septic system, and any debris from the real property on which the houses are currently located, and shall include grading of the property no later than March 22, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all of the applicable terms and conditions of City of Arcadia Code of Ordinances section 162-11 in demolishing the basement, and removing and disposing of material properly from the septic system. The City of Arcadia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City of Arcadia.
