The City of Kenai (City) plans to construct certain improvements to Kenai Municipal Airport (KMA) over the next five years and is soliciting proposals from qualified airport consultants to provide professional architectural, airport planning, engineering, environmental and construction management services. Last Day for Questions: February 19, 2025 @ 12:00 PM Questions shall be emailed to Purchasing@kenai.city. Intent to Award (approx.) March 7, 2025 Notice of Award (approx.) March 20, 2025 Notice to Proceed (approx.) March 31, 2025 Project Completion 3 Years from Notice to Proceed The City may reject any or all proposals if the City Manager determines that it is in the City's best interest and may waive irregularities other than the requirements for timeliness and manual signature if the irregularities do not affect the competitive advantage of any proposer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
