Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Scope of Work: This project includes pavement repair, crack sealing, asphalt surface treatment, pavement markings, and other related work more fully described in the Contract Documents, on the apron, Taxiway J, and on portions of Taxiway F within the Kenai Municipal Airport. Last Day for Questions: March 10, 2025 by 12:00 PM Questions may be submitted to purchasing@kenai.city. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Kenai amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the agreement, the Bidder will execute the agreement and give bond as required. The successful Bidder shall furnish the City a Performance and Payment bond in the full amount of the Agreement and shall maintain the Bond in force during the continuance of the Agreement. The bonds must be furnished prior to the City's execution of the Agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds said specifications and which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City
