Nysdot Region - 08 This project will consist of replacing traffic control devices and making various improvements at the intersections of Route 9 at Broadway and Croton Avenue, Route 128 at Kent Place, Route 9A at Payne Street, Route 100A at Old Tarrytown Road, and Route 100C at Sprain Brook Parkway Northbound off ramp in the Towns of North Castle, Mount Pleasant, Greenburgh, and Ossining and Village of Ossining in Westchester county. The work will include, but won't be limited to, replacing signals, installing flashing beacons and adding pedestrian signals and crosswalks where needed. County : Westchester As of October 14, 2025, the project is in Conceptual status. Anticipated letting Year is 2031. NYDOT - Westchester Signal Improvements; Replace Traffic Signal *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
